Your Body Knows How To Heal

Welcome to Broad Winged Counseling
You’re not here because something is “wrong.” You’re here because your body is speaking — through tension, patterns, emotional shutdown, or disconnection — and you’re ready to understand what it’s been trying to tell you.
Here, healing isn’t about fixing your story in your head; it’s about feeling, sensing, and integrating what lives in your body. Trauma, relational blocks, and sexual disconnection don’t vanish through thinking alone — they release through experience, nervous system regulation, and embodied insight.
You are not broken; you are becoming. Every tension, pattern, and urge in your body is a message, guiding you toward insight and growth. Your body holds trauma as a natural response to unsafe environments, relationships, and difficult experiences, but these patterns don’t define what is possible for you.
Therapy here is experiential, helping you embody change rather than just intellectualize it. Mind, body, and spirit come together as we soften old patterns, expand presence, and cultivate lasting resilience.
We are wounded in relationship and we heal in relationship. Let’s explore how we can heal together.

SOMATIC THERAPIST - LPCC - HAKOMI GRADUATE
I’m a somatic, trauma-informed therapist helping individuals and couples move from survival into embodied presence and growth.
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about learning to feel, move, and be present with what your body already knows.
I’m trained in the Hakomi method, have supported complex family systems through MST, and am trained as a crisis professional. My work blends lived experience, clinical training, and personal attunement, and I’m honored to offer it to you.
I’m a somatic, trauma-informed therapist rooted in body-centered experience and relational depth.
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about learning to feel, move, and be present with what your body already knows. Patterns, tension, and instinct aren’t obstacles — they’re messages guiding you toward insight, clarity, and growth.
I’m trained in the Hakomi method, building on years of Vipassana meditation to bring mindfulness into every session. I’ve supported complex family systems through MST and am trained as a crisis professional, giving me experience navigating relational and acute challenges.
My journey into this work began with the early, traumatic loss of my father. Grief shaped me profoundly and informs how I guide others through their own pain, patterns, and transformation. My work is the culmination of lived experience, clinical training, and personal attunement, and I’m honored to offer this to you.
If you feel called to this work, I would be honored to support you in moving from survival into embodied presence, resilience, and meaningful growth.
"Nick helped me out more than I can possibly say. He brought back a level of self empowerment that I didn’t even know I was missing."
