Meet Nicholas

I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPCC) trained in the Hakomi Method, offering somatic, mindfulness-based therapy and holistic coaching. I work with individuals and couples seeking deeper connection, clarity, and transformation, both in-person and via secure telehealth.

I believe true healing begins in the body, not just the mind. Through mindful, experiential work, we uncover patterns held in the body and mind, helping you move past stuck patterns, relational wounds, and old emotional narratives. My approach integrates somatic therapy, holistic coaching, and mindful practices, guiding you to reconnect with your inner wisdom and vitality.

My journey into therapy and coaching began with my own exploration of body awareness, mindfulness, and personal growth. I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of listening to the body, integrating insights, and taking intentional steps toward alignment. I bring that same curiosity, presence, and compassion to my work with clients.

I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, or a desire for deeper self-understanding. My clients are ready to explore experiential, body-informed therapy and coaching that moves beyond traditional talk therapy.

If you’re ready to explore whether we’re a good fit, start with a free 20-minute consultation. Together, we can discuss your goals and create a path toward growth, clarity, and healing.

Life Outside the Office

Outside the therapy room, I live close to the land and the rhythms that ground me. You’ll often find me rock climbing the sandstone walls of Indian Creek, hiking quiet Colorado trails with my dog, or flowing through movement practices that help me stay present and embodied.

Spirituality is central in my life. Whether I’m sitting in meditation, attending ceremony with my Sangha, or playing the guitar under an open sky, I return again and again to practices that align me with something greater. I believe healing comes from reconnecting to these deeper rhythms—of breath, of earth, of soul.

The work I do is deeply personal, shaped by the ways I live, love, and learn outside the therapy room. I walk this path too—with muddy boots, open heart, and an honest curiosity for what’s real. It’s an honor to walk alongside others doing the same.
